Sunrise Sweets in East Quogue is looking for a friendly, reliable part-time employee to join our growing sweets shop! We currently offer chocolates, candy, gifts, toys, packaged ice cream and more, with plans to expand into serving scooped ice cream in the future.

Responsibilities include:

Helping customers and providing friendly service Operating the POS system and handling transactions Stocking and organizing merchandise Keeping the store clean, organized and presentable Opening and/or closing the store when scheduled Handling general day-to-day store tasks Eventually serving ice cream as we expand We're looking for someone who is dependable, responsible and comfortable working independently . There may be times when you are working in the store on your own, so being able to stay on task and handle customers without constant supervision is important. Previous POS/register experience is preferred. Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
