This is an exciting opportunity to become an important part of a growing independent fashion and home brand and help shape the experience of our first permanent retail location. Namai creates one-of-a-kind clothing, accessories and home pieces using vintage and repurposed textiles. We are looking for someone who genuinely connects with the brand, enjoys working with people and has a strong sense of personal style and visual presentation. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide a warm, thoughtful in-store experience Share the story, craftsmanship and values behind Namai Help customers select and style pieces Process purchases, returns and exchanges using Shopify POS Maintain the appearance, organization and merchandising of the store Receive, tag, organize and replenish inventory Assist with opening and closing the store Respond to customer emails and complete other administrative tasks during quieter periods Assist with simple social media and content tasks when needed Help with store events and other day-to-day needs of the business To apply Please apply via email with your résumé and a short note explaining why you believe you would be a strong fit for Namai.
