OLCC licensed dispensary seeking hardworking, energetic budtender (full time) We are an OLCC licensed retail dispensary in Ashland, Central Point and West Medford that offers high quality cannabis to Recreational and Medical customers. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills, a great attitude, and a passion for cannabis, and a willingness to learn and grow not only in the industry, but also within our company. Keyholder positions available.

• Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
• Your duties may include but are not limited to; checking ID's and being able to turn away customers with expired ID's and/or minors, recommending appropriate types of cannabis for customers preferences, managing a busy lobby during peak hours, counting your register at the end of your shift, answering general questions and giving valid cannabis recommendations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment o Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained o Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures o Responsible for retail product knowledge o Answering the phone and greeting walk-in customers o Correct cash handling and discount application o Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles o Verifying proper paperwork, documentation and ID for customers o Other duties include inventory management, labeling and stocking of product, and working on online menus

• Requirements
• Previous dispensary experience not required but will be taken highly into consideration.
• Experience working in a fast paced, high sales traffic environment
• Past Experience in Customer Service/Tech Support/Retail highly recommended
• Must be 21 or over
• Must be able to stand for 8 plus hours a day and lift up to 25lbs
• Must have an OLCC marijuana worker permit.
