Handle cash, credit card, and debit card transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily store operations. Assist with stocking shelves and merchandising products as needed. Respond to customer concerns or inquiries professionally and work toward prompt resolutions. Qualifications & Skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic mathematical skills with the ability to accurately process transactions. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Previous experience in a retail, convenience store, or grocery environment is preferred. Ability to promote products and increase sales through customer interaction and product knowledge. Bilingual abilities are an advantage and may help serve a diverse customer base.
