Located on a beautiful campus in Chalfont, PA, our family-run business has been spreading Christmas cheer since 1978. The Role We're looking for a friendly, reliable Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team during our busiest and most festive time of year! This seasonal position is scheduled Wednesday through Sunday, with weekend availability required. (No early mornings or late nights!) In this role, you'll help create a welcoming and memorable experience for visitors to the Byers' Choice Emporium. You'll assist customers, process purchases, keep the sales floor stocked and organized, and help ensure the Emporium is always looking its best. What You'll Do Provide Exceptional Customer Service

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their visit, answer questions, recommend products, and help create an exceptional shopping experience. Process Customer Purchases
• Operate our register system, accurately complete transactions, and carefully package purchases for customers. Develop Product Knowledge
• Learn about Byers' Choice products, company history, and our handcrafted manufacturing process to confidently answer customer questions and provide helpful recommendations. Restock Merchandise
• Replenish products on the sales floor from the stockroom and ensure merchandise is readily available for customers. Maintain the Emporium
• Keep merchandise and displays neat, organized, and visually appealing while ensuring the sales floor, checkout area, and surrounding spaces remain clean and ready for customers. Support the Team
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members and assist with customer flow, merchandise, and other retail needs during busy periods. Other Duties as Assigned
• Assist with additional responsibilities as needed to support the Emporium and seasonal operations.

A Few More Details This role involves regular register work and occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs) This role requires standing and moving throughout the space for up to 8 hours per day. Typical shift would be Wednesday through Sunday. Emporium hours are 10:00am-5:00pm Monday-Saturday, 11:30am-5:00pm on Sundays.
