We're looking for someone who can do both—work the floor helping customers find what they need and hit the road to bring orders directly to their doors. The Role This is a hybrid position. Some days you're behind the counter recommending products, other days you're making deliveries across our service area. Flexibility and reliability are key. What You'll Do Guide customers through product selection based on their needs and preferences Process transactions accurately using our POS system Complete delivery orders safely and on time Verify customer IDs and ensure compliance with all state regulations Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle cash/payments properly Keep the sales floor stocked, clean, and organized Build relationships with regulars and represent Planted professionally What We're Looking For 21+ years old (required by state law) Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance Cannabis product knowledge (or genuine willingness to learn) Customer service experience preferred Comfortable with technology (POS systems, delivery apps) Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends Compensation Starting at $14/hour + tips (tips typically add $4-5/hour) No pooled tips—what you earn is yours to keep Delivery mileage reimbursement New commission program with earning potential up to $2,500/month Employee discount Room to grow with the company
