The ideal candidate is confident, outgoing, motivated, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and through other communication channels . Previous sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Identify and contact potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Growbond solutions. Clearly explain products, services, pricing, and benefits to potential customers. Follow up with leads and prospects consistently. Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets. Work closely with management and other team members to improve sales strategies. Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the sales process. Stay informed about Growbond's products, services, and industry developments. Qualifications Previous sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business owners. Ability to handle objections and confidently communicate value. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Comfortable working with computers and CRM/software systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Compensation Commission/bonuses based on performance.
