Gatlinburg, TN Pay:

Starting at $16.00/hour

Part-Time (Every Monday & Tuesday , 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM ) About The Mountain Hippie The Mountain Hippie is a unique retail destination in the heart of Gatlinburg, offering a carefully curated selection of gifts, apparel, souvenirs, and lifestyle products. We're looking for a dependable, friendly team member who enjoys interacting with customers and creating a welcoming shopping experience. Position Summary As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and helping ensure daily operations run smoothly. This is a consistent, two-day-per-week position with the opportunity to become a valued member of our growing team. Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with a positive attitude. Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale system. Restock merchandise and maintain attractive displays. Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Answer customer questions and recommend products. Open and close the store following company procedures. Help receive and organize incoming inventory. Provide an exceptional shopping experience for every guest. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and reliable. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Able to lift up to 30 pounds when stocking merchandise. Must be dependable and available every Monday and Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM .
