As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their entire customization experience. You will greet customers and assist them in \"building a vehicle worth talking about!\" The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of sales and customer relationship building. Responsibilities Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance in the decision making process. Collect payments by cash and credit card Issue receipts and refunds to customers Take added responsibility for identifying opportunities to grow our footprint in the Vehicle Customization Network. Drive Customer retention and relationships by participating in targeted promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company. Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively in English and Spanish Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service Willingness to work well in a team environment Ability to quickly and accurately work CRM and Service Software Willingness to work a flexible schedule
