Non-Exempt Position Summary The Merchandise Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Horseshoe Bay Resort buying and merchandising team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the appearance of our retail outlets, assisting with merchandising and inventory management, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

General Duties :

Receive, inspect, and prepare all merchandise for the sales floor Support inventory transfers and store replenishment Assist with data accuracy in POS and inventory systems Support merchandising and visual initiatives Collaborate with store managers and buying team Provide professional, knowledgeable service to members and guests Employment standards : High school diploma required; associate degree preferred 1+ year of retail or administration experience Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in excel and POS systems Interest in retail buying or merchandising Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Working Conditions/Environment:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Flexible schedule with a willingness to work a combination of weekdays and weekends. Ability to utilize your personal vehicle to travel to all retail outlets on a daily basis.
