Job Summary The Counter Sales is responsible for assisting customers at the front counter, completing and supporting all sales related functions, and performing hands-on material handling throughout the shop and shipping bay. This role requires consistent customer interaction, accurate order processing, safe operation of equipment, and general shop support. The ideal individual is highly motivated, detail oriented, proactive, committed to excellent customer service, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Provide customer service at the front counter, including answering questions, processing orders, and assisting with product selection Support daily sales operations Generate and maintain company purchase orders and sales orders Create and maintain company items and inventory Prepare and create customer quotes and invoices Build positive customer relationships by following projects through completion Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for pickup Load customer vehicles safely and efficiently at the shipping bay when needed Operate a forklift to move, load, and organize materials throughout the shop when needed Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, retails, warehouse, or material handling Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills for order entry and customer transactions Strong customer service and problem solving skills Forklift operating experience is a plus Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Contributions and Matching HSA and HRA plans Paid time off

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
