We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and outgoing team member to join our crew! What You'll Do Greet customers and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere Help customers choose the perfect kite, gift, or beach item Learn and share basic kite knowledge (we'll teach you!) Ring up purchases using our POS system Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked Be part of a team that makes people smile every day What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong people skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable talking with customers of all ages Willingness to learn (no kite experience required!) Must be able to frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 pounds. Previous professional work experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented, or people-focused role Retail or customer service experience is preferred, but equivalent experience in another professional setting will be considered As an example: This would be a great part-time position for a retired teacher Personality Filter (aka: You'll thrive here if…) You enjoy talking with all kinds of people, can keep conversations friendly and positive, and are comfortable keeping things light and non-political so every customer feels welcome. Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 40.0 per week
