Job description:

Delivers exceptional instore customer experiences using company selling behaviors and product knowledge. Creates genuine connections with customers by identifying needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations. Drives customer enrollment and engagement in rewards programs at the sales floor and cash wrap. Provides efficient checkout service and maintains the cash wrap area neat, stocked, and customerready. Supports product replenishment and maintains store brand standards to ensure full and abundant presentation. Assists with floorsets, window changes, visual merchandising, and marketing placement as needed. Performs constant physical activity including standing, walking, reaching, climbing ladders, and product retrieval. Lifts 10 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Ensures a safe, clean, and engaging store environment by following all safety guidelines. Maintains Bath & Body Works policies, values, and procedures.

Experience Requirements:

Demonstrated customerfirst performance in a retail environment. Experience achieving sales and customer satisfaction results in fastpaced settings. Ability to deescalate customer and store situations effectively.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Effective communication skills and openness to feedback. Ability to adapt quickly and handle dynamic customer and store needs. Ability to work peak business days and times including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:

$13.00 per hour.
