Job Description
Office Clerk - AG Tire & Service AG Tire & Service is a growing, family-oriented automotive and tire service business focused on providing fast, efficient, and honest service to our customers. We work on a variety of vehicles and tire-related needs while maintaining fair pricing and a friendly, helpful environment. We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Clerk to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and handling multiple tasks in a busy shop environment. Job Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Assist customers with questions and basic service needs Place orders for parts, tires, and other shop supplies Process customer payments and charge customers for services Occasionally process payments to vendors Track and monitor minor shop inventory and supplies Enter and maintain basic information using computer systems Keep office paperwork and daily tasks organized Communicate with technicians, vendors, and customers as needed Prioritize tasks and assist with general office duties as required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish - required Previous office or administrative work experience preferred Basic computer skills Basic calculator and math skills Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional and friendly attitude Ability to learn our products, services, and computer systems Automotive or tire shop experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, treats customers respectfully, and can stay organized when the shop gets busy. The right person will be comfortable answering phones, working with customers, handling payments and orders, and helping keep the office running smoothly. Experience in a tire shop, automotive repair shop, parts department, or similar environment is a plus.
Pay:
From $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per weekBenefits:
