Job Summary As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will play a key role in assisting customers, processing transactions, and promoting products to enhance the overall shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide product recommendations and conduct product demonstrations
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
• Maintain a neat and tidy store appearance by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Assist in inventory sorting
• Assist in auction inventory listing
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing products as needed
• Assist in order pick up
• Assist in picking customer orders off shelves prior to their arrival
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service Skills
• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store setting
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing
• Ability to perform retail math calculations for pricing and discounts
• Knowledge of conducting product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Familiarity with stocking procedures to maintain inventory levels
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
