You will assist with various tasks including managing inventory, operating the cash register, and promoting sales through effective upselling techniques. Operate the cash register efficiently while ensuring accurate transactions. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory. Assist in supervising junior staff members to ensure smooth store operations. Utilize retail math skills to manage stock levels and assist with inventory control. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and improve sales performance. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
