As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers while driving sales and supporting our mission of excellence. This position offers competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and the opportunity for career growth in a luxury dealership environment.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, guiding them through the vehicle selection and purchase process Conduct needs assessments to help customers select the right vehicle based on their preferences and requirements Provide product knowledge and answer any questions regarding vehicle features, pricing, and financing options Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Follow up with prospective customers and leads to close sales Assist with the preparation and presentation of vehicle deliveries Maintain knowledge of Mercedes-Benz models, promotions, and dealership services Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics Work collaboratively with the management team and other departments to achieve dealership objectivesQualifications:
Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or luxury goods (but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers Passion for delivering outstanding customer service Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software Valid driver's license and a clean driving recordBenefits:
