- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Assist with hiring and onboarding
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and transactions
- Maintain store appearance and merchandise displays
- Collaborate with store management team to achieve sales goals and targets
- Use electronic devices
- Insure processes are done correctly and efficiently
- Delegate within your team
- Skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
