As Retail Specialist, you will be challenged with assisting guests in coordinating their ideal spa experience; customizing each stay with skincare and retail recommendations. You'll ensure that guests have a memorable experience, leaving with a stronger sense of wellness than when they arrived. You'll be responsible for the boutique and inventory needs ensuring that products are available to take home for guests to enjoy an at-home-spa experience.

• Greet and assist guests in the boutique. Make product recommendations and assist with product location and selection. Ring up retail items, take payment or post to their folio
• Stock shelves, counters and tables with merchandise making sure to rotate product and sell through older items first
• Maintain store cleanliness by regularly cleaning shelves, counters, and tables Address guest concerns in a thoughtful and gracious manner, even under pressure
• Receive shipments, unpack and check-in items on the packing list insuring all items are accounted for
• Tag and price all retail items
• Assist in the monthly and quarterly inventory process
• Assist with ordering, creating PO's, AP entries and coding invoices
• Assists with ticketing, sorting, deliveries, inventory and store projects

Familiar with hotel/spa property management software Familiar with multi-line phone system Education and Experience Retail, Sales and/or Inventory experience is highly preferred.

• Resort Suite, Acumatica and Excel experience are a plus Experience in direct and phone guest interaction Self-directed; ability to work independently Availability Must be flexible with scheduling, with some weekend and holiday availability Prefer applicants to have open availability
