- , you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting property operations across multiple locations.

What's the Job? Manage operations and maintenance of 24 facilities, each ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 sq ft Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and property managers to ensure seamless service delivery Oversee facilities projects, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords and tenants Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures across all locations What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management or related field 5+ years of industry experience in facilities operations, management, or consulting Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage vendors and coordinate teams Proficiency in MS Office programs and CMMS systems such as Corrigo Ability to travel by car between multiple locations, with travel expenses reimbursed What's in it for me?
