Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffees Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming and lively environment Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting Operate POS systems to process cash transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all beverage preparation and serving areas Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure seamless service Assist with food service duties during busy periods, including serving food and handling catering or banquet setups Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems Proven experience in coffee , mixology, or beverage service within the hospitality industry Strong understanding of hospitality industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically Experience working in fine dining environments or nightclubs is highly desirable Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and cash handling processes Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a spirited team where your expertise elevates every guest's experience!
