Duties Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Support sales activities by engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and enhancing their shopping experience. Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organization of products such as blind boxes, skincare items, snacks, and other Asian goods. Help coordinate visual merchandising efforts to create an appealing store layout that attracts customers. Supervise staff members, provide training when necessary, and ensure team members adhere to company policies and standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store environment. Utilize Excel for inventory tracking, sales reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed. Support bilingual communication with customers and team members in Mandarin to enhance service quality. Qualifications Prior experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is highly desirable to facilitate effective communication with diverse customers and staff.
