Featuring 16 rotating flavors and over 50 toppings, our mission goes beyond great food—we create welcoming experiences for our neighborhood. We are currently seeking a motivated leader to step into a Shift Lead/Keyholder role to keep our daily, and nightly, operations running smoothly.

Position Summary:

Shift Leader (Opening & Closing Specialist) We are seeking an operational-minded Shift Lead to support our management team. In this role, you will open and/or close the shop, support crew members and guarantee that store standards remain top-tier at all times. Core Responsibilities Shift Operations:

Manage opening and closing procedures, balance drawers, and ensure the shop remains fully prepped and clean for guests.

Supply Chain & Stocking:

Oversee product inventory, monitor stock levels, and organize incoming vendor deliveries efficiently.

Team Supervision:

Guide, coach, and support shift crew members to ensure consistent service and high team morale.

Customer Care:

Resolve guest questions promptly, maintain service standards, and model excellent hospitality.

Store Performance:

Track shift sales, support marketing promotions, and help optimize daily labor and product prep.

Compliance & Admin:

Ensure compliance with food handling standards and health code requirements.

Candidate Qualifications Leadership Background:

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant, retail, or quick-service food environments (frozen dessert experience is a plus).

Technical Skills:

Experience using point-of-sale platforms (Toast POS proficiency is a strong advantage).

People Skills:

Clear communication style with a talent for directing teams and engaging with customers.

Detail-Oriented:

Strong organizational skills to manage stock, shift schedules, and customer flow under pressure.
