$22 per hour base pay, with total earning potential of up to $35 per hour through commissions and performance-based bonuses. DM Shapewear is looking for a confident, results-driven Assistant Manager who is passionate about fashion, sales, social media, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver personalized customer service Recommend the right shapewear for each customer Lead the team in achieving daily and monthly sales goals Coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable Support opening and closing procedures Maintain inventory, fitting rooms, and visual presentation Create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok Participate in TikTok Shop, live selling, and product demonstrations Respond to online customers and help increase digital sales Track sales performance and submit daily reports

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Retail sales and leadership experience Strong communication and customer-service skills Confident, professional, dependable, and goal-oriented Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content Experienced at networking and driving traffic through community & offsite engagement Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and TikTok Shop Ability to motivate a team and lead by example Flexible availability, including weekends and mall hours Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
