Gloopii is an interactive slime experience store where creativity, fun, and hands-on experiences come to life. Guests can create and explore at our Slime DIY Bar, Food Slime Café Bar, and Slime Ice Cream Bar , while also enjoying parties, workshops, and special events. Position Overview We're looking for an energetic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Temecula location . You'll be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading the team, coordinating events, and creating a fun, welcoming experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support store staff Create employee schedules and ensure proper staffing and coverage Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, organization, and store standards Monitor inventory and coordinate product restocking Maintain and oversee the Slime DIY Bar, Food Slime Café Bar, and Slime Ice Cream Bar Plan, coordinate, and oversee parties, workshops, and special events Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns professionally Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management Keep the team engaged, productive, and focused on creating memorable guest experiences Qualifications Previous management experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, events, or a related field Experience leading or coordinating parties, events, workshops, or similar experiences Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Energetic, positive, dependable, and customer-focused Comfortable working in a hands-on, creative, and interactive environment
Preferred:
Experience working with children, families, entertainment, creative activities, or experiential retail.
