Customer Experience Operations (CXO) is an exciting organization within Amazon specializing in delighting our customers with quality service in an ever-changing environment. - Lead shift leads and associates, overseeing hiring, onboarding, performance, and career growth.
- Drive daily operations by executing SOPs, identifying improvements, implementing solutions, and providing training.
- Foster a customer-focused culture aligned with Amazon's Leadership Principles.
- Track key metrics, manage performance inputs, and present results in business reviews.
- Oversee multiple sites, prioritize time effectively, and develop strong store leadership.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment for employees, customers, and packages.
- Handle escalations and guide associates on issue resolution.
- Travel 50-75% between locations.
- Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Lift up to 49 lbs and stand for shifts up to 10 hours.
- Must be at least 18 years old. Amazon does not sponsor for immigration, including for H-1B, TN, and other non-immigrant visas, for this role. Basic Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing leadership roles
- Experience in problem solving and delivering results
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision
- 2+ years leadership experience in a customer-facing retail, hospitality, or grocery environment, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutions
