MANAGER - MIAMI LAKES, FL
We are seeking a highly professional, dependable, and bilingual On-Site Manager to support a leading manufacturing corporation located in Miami Lakes, FL . This is a leadership position responsible for building strong relationships with department managers while serving as a key point of contact and resource for approximately 450 associates .

3:00 PM-12:30
AM Compensation:
Salary + Commission Drug screening and 7-year national criminal background check required Previous employment verification required Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with department managers and company leadership Assist employees with orientation and onboarding Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, PTO requests, and other employment-related matters Maintain accurate documentation and employee records Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism Provide excellent customer service and employee support Serve as a positive role model and leader for approximately 450 associates Communicate effectively with employees and management in both English and Spanish Work closely with management to address employee needs and maintain a positive working environment Qualifications Fully bilingual in English and Spanish Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages Excellent grammar and professional communication skills Strong computer skills and ability to learn/use various systems Excellent documentation and organizational skills Previous management, supervisory, staffing, HR, or employee-relations experience strongly preferred Extremely professional and trustworthy Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Reliable, punctual, and accountable Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment If you are a professional, bilingual leader who enjoys working with people, building strong relationships, and making a positive impact in the workplace, we would like to hear from you.
