• Retail General Manager Responsibilities What You'll Do Store Operations & Business Performance Lead daily store operations and execute strategies to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and customer service goals .
• Manage store P&L, expenses, labor, inventory, cash control, and operational resources.
• Analyze sales, inventory, labor, and customer data to identify opportunities and improve business results.
• Drive sales growth, market share, BOPIS, online orders, and omnichannel engagement .

• Maintain the building, grounds, equipment, and merchandise to company standards. What We're Looking For 2+ years of retail management, store management, general management, or retail leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with retail operations, sales, P&L, merchandising, inventory, customer service, scheduling, and loss prevention .
• Strong business, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze performance and implement strategies that improve sales and profitability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems, retail technology, and inventory management systems .
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and a 50-hour workweek based on business needs.
• Must meet federal requirements to qualify for a Federal Firearms License (FFL) , when applicable. Qualifications Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds .
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, handheld devices, and other retail equipment.
• Ability to navigate all areas of the store, including stairs and outdoor areas.
