We're excited to launch a brand new Sales & Training Supervisor position across all three of our store locations. This role was created as part of our next chapter—designed to uplift our team, refine our training culture, and elevate the in-store experience. We're looking for someone who leads by example—driving sales, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and coaching teammates to perform at their best. You'll support store leadership by fostering a strong team culture, leading product and sales trainings, and championing the Keani standard of service and style. This is a leadership role for someone who's equal parts sales driver, coach, and team motivator. What You'll Do... Lead the Floor with Heart & Hustle Set the pace by leading with strong personal sales and service Inspire and coach your team to deliver elevated guest experiences Partner with leadership to meet daily and monthly store goals Make every guest feel seen, styled, and celebrated Coach, Train & Motivate Onboard new team members and train them to shine Deliver product and styling trainings that build confidence and skill Give real-time coaching and hold teammates accountable with kindness Cultivate a culture of excellence and shared success Build Loyal Guest Relationships Support clienteling goals by capturing contacts and encouraging follow-ups Encourage repeat visits and personalized styling experiences Represent the Keani brand with warmth, poise, and professionalism Support Store Operations Step in as the leader on duty when the Store Manager is off the floor Help manage daily sales goals, team flow, and visual merchandising standards Attend weekly leadership meetings prepared with team updates and performance insights You're the Right Fit If You...
