• Full-time Maui Company, expanding Nationally, seeks an experienced Manager to anchor and grow our Maui operations.

Ululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice. Experienced Multi-Unit Manger needed for top-rated, growing food service business. This is a full-time, salaried, and Maui based position. Competitive pay and benefits commensurate with applicable experience. This manager will be responsible to uphold the integrity and promote the image of Ululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice through effective and consistent supervision and mentorship of shop associates and oversight of guest services. Works closely with Shop Associates, Leads, Supervisors and other Department Managers to obtain consistent top notch quality, optimum sales performance, brand recognition and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Through mentoring and training creates a positive work environment and an exceptional guest experience.
• Interact, direct, and supervise shop supervisors, leads, and team members daily
• Interview, hire, onboard and train new team members.
• Work a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays (Our shops are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
• Works some counter service shifts if the circumstances require it.
• Travel between shops to manage and support staff.
• Ensure company procedures, policies and safety protocols are followed.
• Maintains or oversees weekly staff work schedules.
• Monitors inventory counts and maintains proper inventory levels at each shop.
• Works with the accounting staff to update and maintain the POS systems. Minimum Qualifications
• Appreciation for the Hawaiian culture and a natural ability to convey Aloha.
• Min 3-5 years experience in retail sales, hospitality or business management. Food & Beverage experience preferred but not necessary
• 10+ years experience is a plus!
• Must have demonstrated experience in team building and positive leadership skills.
• A college Degree in business management or related field preferred
• Must provide own transportation to travel between shops and warehouses
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel and other basic business computer programs and systems.
• Basic Graphic Design experience preferred but not required.
