simulator bays, food and beverage service, leagues, events, lessons, club fittings, and equipment sales. We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, develop the team, grow memberships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The GM reports to senior management and recommends improvements to the facility, equipment, supplies, and services. Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service, retail, golf simulator, and food and beverage operations.
• Build customer relationships, drive membership sales and retention, and manage account updates, freezes, and cancellations.
• Keep simulators, golf equipment, kitchen, bar, and facility in excellent working condition; coordinate maintenance, repairs, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain compliance with health, food safety, alcohol service, licensing, and responsible-service requirements, including applicable Illinois BASSET and food-handler certifications.
• Recruit, schedule, train, coach, and support team members; cover shifts and provide on-call support as needed.
• Support promotions, events, social media, and sales initiatives by sharing accurate information and digital content. Qualifications
• Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Proactive leadership and strong communication skills.
• Ability to resolve customer issues professionally.
• Comfort with basic software and hardware troubleshooting and minor facility repairs.
• Familiarity with indoor golf simulators or golf technology is highly preferred
• Experience using POS systems
• Knowledge of inventory management and controls
• Experience with employee scheduling
• Golfer at heart with a good understanding of the game of golf. Certifications Candidates should currently have or be willing to obtain: Illinois Food Handler Certification BASSET Certification Manager Food Safety/Sanitation Certification Benefits
