Best Vac is looking for a hands‑on Store Manager who can lead daily operations, support customers, and keep our showroom and service flow running smoothly. What You'll Do Open/close the store and keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming Help customers in‑store, by phone, email, and chat Recommend the right bags, filters, belts, and accessories Manage online orders: shipping, communication, and inventory updates Receive, stock, and track inventory across all departments Support the service department with check‑ins, updates, warranty processing, and simple repairs Sell vacuums, air purifiers, and central vac systems with honesty and expertise (Extensive product training provided) Schedule Full‑time, ~40 hours/week 4 weekdays + Saturdays 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM Closed Sundays and major holidays Benefits Paid vacation/personal days 401(k) with up to 3% match Employee discounts
