Store Manager

Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer experiences. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing staff dedicated to retail excellence. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to optimize product availability and presentation. Oversee sales management, set sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to meet or exceed goals. Handle payroll processing, cash handling, bookkeeping, and POS (Point of Sale) system management with accuracy and integrity. Conduct employee orientation sessions, training & development programs, and performance evaluations to foster growth. Maintain organizational skills to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures while managing budgets effectively. Experience Proven management experience in a retail environment with supervisory responsibilities. Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, team management, and communication. Demonstrated ability in inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and retail math. Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS systems. Exceptional organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
