Yogurtland is looking for a Shift Leader to join our team and help create an amazing experience for every guest who walks through our doors! _______________________________________________________________________________________________ As a Shift Leader, you'll help oversee daily store operations, lead and support team members and management, promote rewards programs, any and all of our newest yogurt flavors and promotions, while ensuring our store consistently meets Yogurtland's operational standards. We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys motivating others, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, family-friendly environment especially in a city as vibrant and tourist filled as New Orleans!

Responsibilities Include:

Supervise daily store activities and ensure smooth, efficient shift operations. Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the team while on shift. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest. Ensure all guests are offered plenty of sample cups to try all yogurt flavors. Keep the lobby, counters, and overall store clean, organized, and stocked for business. Replenish toppings, water/yogurt, and products as needed throughout the shift. Promote new flavors, promotions, and Yogurtland initiatives to guests and team members. Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and sales transactions with accuracy and integrity. Assist with employee orientation and ensure team members meet uniform, attitude, and performance expectations. Communicate product needs and assist with efficient ordering and inventory management. Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Lead by example and help hold the team accountable to company standards.

Qualifications:

Previous management in a similar environment preferred. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Bilingual candidates are highly valued. Comfortable working with POS systems and software. Must hold basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and transactions. Experience in training or coaching previous employees is preferred. Strong time-management and multitasking abilities. Reliable, responsible, and able to remain positive in a fast-paced environment. Pay:

$12.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 35.0 per week
