As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring the success of our retail store. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask effectively. ### Duties

• Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
• Manage and supervise a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure excellent customer service by providing guidance and support to staff
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner ### Experience To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Previous experience in shift management or supervisory roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of retail math and sales techniques
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in wireless sales is a plus
