Job Description
Position Summary The Crew Member position is responsible for delivering excellent guest service, preparing food and beverages according to Brand standards, and supporting daily restaurant operations. Crew Members work collaboratively with management and fellow team members to ensure a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests. This role serves as a foundational position within the organization and provides opportunities for skill development and advancement into leadership roles. Key Responsibilities Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner Prepare food and beverages in accordance with Dunkin' & franchisee standards Accurately operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times Support speed of service and order accuracy goals Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking duties as assigned and directed by a Managers or Management Work effectively as part of a team and support fellow employees during shifts Performance Expectations Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and accountability Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor Follow direction from Managers on Duty and Restaurant Management Communicate effectively with guests and team members Participate in required training and development activities Qualifications & Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash-handling skills Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to learn and follow established procedures Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Physical Demands / Working Conditions Standing for extended periods of time Repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and lifting Lifting items up to 20 lbs Working in a quick-service restaurant environment Advancement Opportunities Crew Members may be eligible for cross-training and advancement opportunities, including Manager on Duty, and Restaurant Management roles, based on performance, business needs, and availability. Crew Members are eligible to receive credit card tips - increasing their average hourly rate.
