In this role, you will need to ensure efficient store performance, maintain high service standards, and drive team productivity. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner Support hiring, training, and scheduling of team members Monitor labor costs and assist in managing staffing levels to meet business needs Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Oversee inventory control, ordering, and vendor coordination Help implement operational procedures and company policies Track sales performance and support initiatives to improve revenue and profitability Lead by example to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications 2+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service setting Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure Basic understanding of cost control, inventory management, and labor scheduling Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications Experience with POS systems(Toast) and restaurant management software Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) Bilingual skills are a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses Opportunities for career growth and advancement Employee meals and discounts
