Responsibilities Supervise daily shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service at all times Lead staff training and development, including onboarding new team members and ongoing skill enhancement in food preparation, POS system Shift4 Oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and financial reconciliations with accuracy and integrity Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Support shift management by delegating tasks, and maintaining high team morale Assist in food production processes such as coffee brewing, cooking, and food presentation to uphold quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong background in food preparation and customer service Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience within the hospitality or food industry is essential Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage teams effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling and operational procedures Excellent communication skills to foster teamwork and ensure customer satisfaction Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for coffee culture meets dynamic leadership!
