JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities of a Key Holder include opening and closing the store, assisting with day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all state regulations, model positive customer service, and corresponding with management. Key Holders set the standard for patient/customer service, product knowledge, and store compliance and policy. This position also requires customer service experience, reliability, and a passion for cannabis!

JOB DUTIES

Assist customers and patients in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs Keep educated on cannabis products, consumption methods and cannabis regulations, extend that knowledge to other team members Utilize company POS system, inventory controls and cash handling procedures to ensure inventory and cash accuracy Responsible for opening and closing the store Escalate customer concerns to management Report any staff concerns to management Provide customer and product feedback to management Model and maintain a professional work environment Able to effectively manage time and projects as directed by the company Assist in inventory control

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Knowledgeable of the Missouri cannabis market and products Experience with retail POS systems and cash management Able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays as required for position Comfortable opening and closing the store Reliable transportation and reasonable commute Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs High school diploma or GED Must be 21 or older and able to get a Missouri Agent
