Full Time - Cafe Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Manager with an ownership mindset to oversee daily operations and drive business growth at our bubble tea shop located in Belmont, NC Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management Train and manage bobaristas to ensure efficiency and quality in drink preparation Maintain high customer service standards and resolve complaints professionally Track sales, costs, and profitability, ensuring targets are met Handle cash management, including deposits, POS reconciliation, and reporting Maintain cleanliness, health, and safety compliance Implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth Ensure the shop runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably Qualifications & Skills (bubble tea or coffee shop preferred) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to train, motivate, and manage a small team Experience with POS systems, inventory control, and cash handling Fast-paced, hands-on mindset—willing to jump in and assist when needed Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of bubble tea preparation and recipes (or willingness to learn) Flexible availability, including weekends and peak hours Benefits Performance incentives tied to sales and efficiency Employee discounts & free drinks Growth opportunities within the company Tenure-based pay increase Paid training Salary Base Salary+ Bonuses If you are a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment , we'd love to have you on our team!
