You'll oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience for students, parents, and educators. Key duties include managing staff, scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and cash control while meeting revenue and lesson enrollment goals. You'll cultivate a collaborative, student-focused culture, build relationships with local schools and teachers, and support our mission to expand access to quality music education.
