Seeking an experienced shift supervisor/manager for opening/closing shifts. Must work well under pressure, and be able to prioritize and direct the kitchen team during peak rush while maintaining high standards, be familiar with DOH regulations, sanitation, and proper cycling of product (FIFO). We are located in downtown Hoboken, on Washington Street, just blocks from the PATH, Bus, and Light Rail stations. Easy commute from other parts of New Jersey and NYC. Grow with us as we expand!
