Full Job Description Job Overview:

The Chocolate Nugget Candy Factory in Washoe Valley is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Store Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring production quality, and maintaining inventory levels. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the manager actively participating in floor operations alongside employees.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all aspects meet company standards and policies. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty. Manage inventory levels, monitor sales performance, and optimize store layouts to maximize sales and profitability. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Promote products, offer personalized recommendations, and create a welcoming store environment. Stay up-to-date on sales trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments to ensure that the store remains competitive and relevant. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to improve sales performance. Complete weekly staff work schedules.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a store management or assistant manager role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience. Ability to negotiate and sell effectively. Experience with POS systems Strong communication and organizational skills. A passion for retail and a desire to continuously improve sales performance and customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service.

Compensation:
