Responsibilities Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training & development to enhance team performance Manage inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability Supervise shift management, employee scheduling, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and manage store budgets effectively Foster a positive work environment through strong managerial communication, employee orientation, and leadership development Skills Proven experience in retail store management or supervisory roles within the retail industry sales team management experience preferred Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent organizational skills and time management abilities Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math skills for retail math calculations Exceptional customer service skills with phone etiquette and effective communication skills Demonstrated ability in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff, along with supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of retail product lines, merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and operational management principles Experience with cash handling procedures, cashiering duties, budgeting, and payroll processing Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork while managing multiple priorities efficiently Join us as a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering top-tier retail experiences!
