Store Manager Ma & Pa's Popcorn We are a fast-growing, family-owned popcorn shop looking for an experienced, motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations, manage our team, and help grow the business. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in running a clean, profitable, customer-focused operation. Position Overview The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shop's operations, including staff leadership, customer experience, inventory, production, and sales performance. You will be trusted to run the store efficiently while upholding our brand standards and values.
