Job Summary We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our powersports sales team and help grow dealership performance. In this exciting role, you will oversee the sales department, develop strategies to increase unit sales, and create an outstanding customer experience for offroad enthusiasts. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for powersports, a proven sales background, and the ability to motivate a high-performing team. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to dealership success while building lasting customer relationships. Duties & Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Recruit, train, develop, and manage sales staff to maximize individual and team performance. Drive sales of new and pre-owned powersports vehicles, accessories, parts, protection plans, and financing products. Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives to increase revenue and market share. Monitor showroom operations, vehicle presentation, and merchandising to maintain a professional and customer-friendly environment. Partner with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction. Manage inventory levels and work closely with dealership leadership to ensure an optimal mix of vehicles and products. Analyze sales performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports for management. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and promptly resolving customer concerns. Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer programs, and industry regulations. Foster a positive team culture focused on professionalism, accountability, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in automotive, powersports, recreational vehicle (RV), marine, or related retail sales management. Strong leadership and supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to develop high-performing sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Knowledge of sales processes, inventory management, financing options, and dealership operations. Experience with CRM systems, dealership management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the powersports industry and enthusiasm for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and related products preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Why Join Our Team?
