Job Description

1.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
- The Store or Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail store or warehouse operations, including but not limited to sales, customer service, inventory management, employee supervision and maintaining a positive store environment with the primary goals of increasing sales and maximizing customer satisfaction. Key duties include staff scheduling, training, personnel management, visual merchandising and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. 2.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
    Staff Management:
    o Hiring, training and developing staff. o Create and manage employee schedules. o Motivate staff to meet production goals and outputs. o Train staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards o Ensure safe practices of staff and documentation of safety concerns and incidents are completed timely. o Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment. o Lead bi-weekly staff meetings ensuring that information is presented to all staff.
      Sales and Customer Service:
      o Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement. o Ensure excellent customer service standards are met by all staff. o Build positive relationships to encourage repeat business. o Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner o Promote sales initiatives and special promotions o Ensure a positive customer experience o Manage product placement and merchandising displays o Ensure knowledge of sales, promotions, and discounts up to date and available for staff
        Store Operations:
        o Open and close the store, ensuring proper cash handling procedures o Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards; clean, stock and arrange displays to promote sales, ensure cleanliness of bathrooms and changing rooms daily o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures o Follow all pricing policies in store and make sure employees follow the appropriate discount guidelines. o Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements. o Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending bi-weekly manager meetings. o Compile and process daily cash or credit payments, daily sales data, and production tallies. 3.
        OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
        -
        • Maintain adherence to Company policies, safety/ergonomic standards and good housekeeping practices.
        • Travel to cover other stores or other assigned special projects as needed.
        • Attend all required training sessions and meetings.
        • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

        MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
        -
        • Previous work experience in a supervisory role with strong leadership and communication skills. Retail experience and knowledge of POS systems is required.
        • Excellent customer service abilities and excellent verbal communications skills
        • Basic math skills and ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
        • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
        • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
        • Problem solving and decision-making abilities
        • Proficiency in basic computer applications
        • Strong work ethic
        • Alignment with organization values, vision and mission.
        • Valid driver's license and eligibility for company auto insurance coverages.
        • Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
        • Physical ability to regularly lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs., and occasionally assist with items up to 50 lbs. using equipment or team assistance.
        • Ability to stoop, twist, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
        • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
        • Must be flexible and adaptable, ensuring proper staffing levels are maintained
