Dollar General seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations in our Fawn Grove, PA location. In this on-site role, you'll help lead store activities, including cash handling, POS oversight, inventory control, and merchandising. You'll coach team members, ensure strong customer service, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you'll contribute to sales goals, implement company standards, and keep the store running efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
