Dollar General seeks a Lead Sales Associate to support daily store operations in Fawn Grove, PA. In this onsite role, you will lead by example on the sales floor, delivering friendly, efficient customer service while operating POS systems and handling cash with accuracy. You'll assist with merchandising, stocking, and inventory control to keep shelves organized and products available. The Lead Sales Associate helps with opening and closing procedures, supports and guides team members during shifts, upholds store safety and cleanliness standards, and communicates promotions and priorities to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
