Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Front End Area Leader (Cashier Supervisor) to oversee and direct the staff and operations of our Quarryville store front-end. This leadership role is essential in ensuring smooth front-end processes, exceptional customer service, and efficient management of daily transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, extensive retail industry knowledge, and a passion for leading teams to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate cashier team members to ensure accurate and efficient checkout processes using POS systems. Oversee daily cash handling procedures, including balancing registers, reconciling cash drawers, and maintaining secure cash storage. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a pleasant retail environment. Train new employees on POS systems, customer service standards, and store policies; conduct ongoing training for existing staff. Monitor front end operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies. Periodically serve as the store Manager on Duty. Skills Experience in retail sales management with a focus on front-end operations and supervising teams. Strong knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, inventory management, and retail math. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Demonstrated proficiency in employee orientation, training & development, and supervision. Skilled in customer service excellence and conflict resolution. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and bookkeeping tasks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across shift management duties. Schedule:

5 days per week, 40-50 hours. 1 evening per week, and 1 Saturday every 4-6 weeks.
